The interview process normally starts with a phone screening to find out if you are interested in the position that you applied for. If you are still interested in the position, we will invite you to attend an in-person interview and a tour of the site location.
How would you describe the pace of work at Mid Ohio Xpress Car Wash?
The pace of work is customer driven. On busy days, it can be very fast paced, while on slower days things may slow down. However, there is always plenty to do to maintain the wash and uphold our cleanliness standards. This is an outdoor role, so employees should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, including both hot and cold temperatures. Candidates should not be afraid to get dirty and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
